Our commitment at Red Tail Services LLC is centered on delivering absolute peace of mind to our clients. We understand that the heart of this assurance lies in the meticulous operation and maintenance of our water treatment facilities. Our team is equipped with wide ranging expertise, backed by many years of experience which allow us to monitor and maintain these systems with an eye for what can and will eventually go wrong. We specifically employ proactive strategies to prevent issues before they arise. Our approach is not just about maintaining standards, but about elevating them, guaranteeing that our clients can trust in the reliability and excellence of our services.
Our Specialty
Though it may sound unusual to say, our specialty lies in our desire to operate facilities as they were designed. Too often we find that efficiency and optimal operation has been lost because of a deviation from the design. We strive to ensure that every aspect of the system, from collection to discharge, and everywhere in between, is operating as intended.
We utilize a variety of software programs to specially curated maintenance schedules to each facility. We believe that this is the key to uninterrupted operation, and reduced emergency fees.
Long Term Goals
We desire to firmly establish ourselves as an industry leader in both operation and construction in the water treatment industry in the Northeast. We will continue to enhance our relationships with regional technical schools to develop the next generation of operators and technicians to service the industry for years to come.
About The Owner
As the founder and driving force behind Red Tail Services LLC, Robert Lilley is a water treatment and construction professional over ten years of rich experience in the industry. Career experience has included field leadership at a design-build contracting of ground water specific treatment facilities and operation and maintenance-based management, overseeing a portfolio of ~75 treatment facilities of various sizes.
This experience has allowed me to uniquely understand the needs of our customers as well as their short- and long-term goals. With both a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License (CSL) and Grade VI Wastewater license, we are able to provide our clients with a variety of services.
